Our warehouse staff are highly trained to package your goods precisely according to the specifications that we supply. Before shipping, all goods will be thoroughly examined and safely secured. The warehouses are located located in Europe in the same way as they are in USA.

Note: Orders containing multiple items will have a separate processing period for each item.

We will inspect each and every one of the products before they are shipped. Most orders are delivered within 48 hours. It is expected that delivery will take between three and seven days.

Returns

We don't manage the stock in our warehouse or factory. The actual inventory can change at any moment. Please be aware it's possible your order may run out of stocks once you've placed your order.

Our policy is for 30 days. Unfortunately, if the 30 days have elapsed since you purchased your item, we cannot give you a refund or exchange.

Your item must be in its original packaging and be unused. You must have the item in its original packaging.
